We were really excited to be getting stuck into the project as we knew the end result would look fantastic, the client came into our showroom a number of times to ensure she was happy with the colour & style choice and decided on the 'Natural Blond Oak' colour of the Camaro LVT.
The existing sub floor was all chipboard so we'd need to put down flooring grade plywood in order to provide a solid & stable base for the LVT to be glued to. A thin layer of screed was then applied to the plywood joints to ensure a seamless transition between each board.

We then took our time setting out the first row of the herringbone pattern in order to have equal offcuts on each side of hallway and minimise run out along the walls. Once we were happy the first row was fully adhered to the ply.

With the first row glued down and solid we could then fill in the rest of the lounge and hallway. This was then sealed along the edges with clear silicone to make maintenance nice and simple.
